RIP K-SWIFT!!!!!!

28 year old DJ K-Swift of Baltimore’s 92Q died early this morning. She was one of the most well know DJ’s on the station and in the radio business.

We are deeply saddened and it is our deepest regret to inform you that the 92Q family, the music industry, and the community has suffered an incredible loss. Early Monday morning, Khia Edgerton, better known as, K-Swift, passed away.
K-Swift has been with 92Q for ten years and in that time she grew to become one of our most popular DJs and known throughout the world as the Baltimore club queen.
She leaves behind a mother, a sister, and a large extended family.
This is terrible loss and a terrible day for 92Q and the entire community.
As a tribute to K-Swift, 92Q will be running without on air personalities for the rest of the day and airing special memories of K-Swift. If you would like to share your thoughts and memories of K-Swift, please call 410-907-0411.

UPDATE: It was confirmed and announced a few minutes ago by a member of the 92Q fam that K-Swift’s cause of death was that she suffered a broken neck at her pool party last night either because of or before she entered her pool.

FBI: Soccer team members help subdue man on flight

OKLAHOMA CITY – An American Airlines flight from Boston to Los Angeles was diverted to Oklahoma City on Friday after a passenger stripped nude and later tried to open an emergency exit door before being subdued by members of a professional soccer team and others, the FBI said.

Members of the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer were among those who grabbed the passenger near an exit door, FBI spokesman Gary Johnson said. Tie wraps were placed on the man, whose name was not immediately released. He was taken into custody in Oklahoma City and placed under psychiatric evaluation, Johnson said.
American Flight 725, a Boeing 757, arrived in Oklahoma City at 1:35 p.m. CDT and was back in the air an hour later, said American Airlines spokesman Tim Smith. It landed without further incident at Los Angeles International Airport at 3:13 p.m. PDT.
Craig Tornberg, the soccer team’s general manager, said he confronted the man as soon as he saw him emerge naked from one of the plane’s restrooms.
“I said he should get back into the bathroom and put on his clothes,” Tornberg said after the plane landed in Los Angeles. “He said something strange to me. He said, ‘I don’t hear you. I don’t see you.’ ”
Tornberg said the man complied and got dressed but a few minutes later “made a beeline for the emergency door.”
Tornberg said he, assistant coach Gwynne Williams and Michael Burns, the team’s vice president for player personnel, grabbed the man and forced him into a seat while a flight attendant tied him up.

“It was strange, but when he put his hands on the exit door – that brought it to another level,” Burns said. “Clearly, he wasn’t thinking straight.”
The pilot diverted the flight to Will Rogers World Airport where the man was removed.
“He was taken into custody by the Oklahoma City Police Department and taken to a crisis center for a mental evaluation,” Johnson said.
Shortly before the incident, Tornberg said he saw the man, described as clean-cut and in his early 20s, crying and “talking a lot of gibberish.”
The soccer team was on its way to Southern California for a game on Sunday against Chivas USA at California State University, Fullerton. Its members were among 151 passengers and seven crew members on the flight.
As passengers left the plane in Los Angeles, several indicated they had taken the incident in stride.
Gillian Callaghan, who was traveling with her 12-year-old son, said she never panicked because the flight crew seemed to keep things well under control. She said she felt sorry for the man.
“He was just having some troubles, confused, not a scary guy,” she said

Shay “Buckeey Johnson” is blaming the leak of her sex tape on haters instead of taking on the responsibility for the McNasty clip.

Don’t try to pin us haters for your little smash session being released to the internet, blame yourself for not taking the proper steps to ensure that the video never landed in the wrong hands. Now if I were in the same predicament I would’ve denied it until the bitter end [it seems to be working fine for Aunt Viv], but I can understand you wanting to gain some publicity off this.

“It troubled me to find out my intimate act of love was classified as a sex tape. I didn’t speak on it because I knew how tender the situation was between me and my partner,” Buckeey revealed to AllHipHop.com. “I didn’t want to point fingers at anyone or come out with any names because it was then and still is very much my personal business . . . ”

Since the tape, Buckeey has had to deal with heckling and graphic questions about her sex life she was not prepared to deal with.

In order to repair her reputation, she feels this is no longer an issue she can ignore.

“Over these past few weeks I have been tortured by strangers about what happened, who was I with, did I release the tape on purpose to get publicity, can I prove to them it was me and multiple other random and indecent requests and questions,” Buckeey explained. “So I’m forced to make a statement. Once you become a personality on television you become the target of haters and I am no different, the release of the tape was done by a hater, stolen by a hater and is just another blatant case of b***chassness.”

In the end, Buckeey hopes that fans and media alike will remember the two human beings involved that have had their lives turned upside down by the leak.


She asks that her privacy be respected and her fans to continue their support for her entertainment aspirations.

“ . . . The truth is what I did was out of love for someone and for he and I to share and reflect on. [1] It was never meant for thousands of people to view and make comments on,” she reasoned. “So from this point the concentration should be on where I’m going not what I did. All I ask is for my fans to continue to love me and the haters can keep their job too.” [source]

Al Reynolds trying to clear the air!

The man formerly married to ex-TV personality Star Jones is speaking up – and clearing up a few misconceptions while at it.

"I am not a homosexual," Al Scale Reynolds declared on his recently released YouTube channel, which stormed the Internet this week.

Obviously, the media savvy former banker is well aware that some unscrupulous bloggers loosely refer to him as "Big Gay Al."

And, according to him, it has maligned his professional reputation.

"It's really weird to me and it's really kind of upsetting to me that that's where people would go as it related to my sexuality," he explained. "This has affected my professional life. This has affected my personal life. And if anyone knew the damage that it has caused me, they would understand I am very aggressive about this."

The 30-something-year-old Virginia native said he wanted "people to know that I'm more than Star Jones' ex-husband - I'm Al Reynolds" in clip appropriately titled, "The Al Reynolds you don't know."

"I still very much love her," he told the 'Associated Press' in an interview. "I do. I can't lie to you."

And though approached by many media outlets for opportunities to trash her, he decided to honor their relationship by taking the high road. "I wasn't interested in participating in the sensationalism," he said.
